Compliance

The trust we receive from our customers, owners, employees, stakeholders and the public in general critically depends on the conduct of each individual within the enterprise. It is based on strict compliance with the law and internal guidelines and policies.

ELIN Motoren, as part of the Voith familiy, is aware of their responsibility towards society and their employees and thus act accordingly at all times. Hence, the purpose of this code of conduct is to summarize the guidelines which must be obeyed by ELIN Motoren employees worldwide in order to ensure the continuation of the company’s long tradition of honesty and decency.

Code of Conduct

Our whistleblower scheme

As part of the compliance management system, we focus on establishing a living culture of values and strengthening the personal responsibility of our employees – beyond mere formal compliance with laws and regulations. A central goal is the joint prevention and combating of conduct that could harm our company, our employees, and our partners financially or in terms of our reputation.

Within the Whistleblower Protection Act (Austrian Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz HSchG), you can confidently turn to our contact person if you recognize any wrongdoing. We treat all information confidentially and within the framework of the legal requirements. We also accept anonymous reports to ensure an open and transparent reporting culture.
